"It was difficult to find the hotel from the tram station - a map would be arrpeciated.
The lack of a restaurant meant that we spent a considerable amount of money on taxis to and from the centre of Koln.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and could all speak english.
The use of light detectors to acitvate the main lighting in the corridors was not inviting as I had to walk almost to my room before the lights came on."

"No restaurant and none nearby. Nowhere of interest within walking distance, and the tram does not go to the main town area directly. Hard to find on foot - I would have expected a sign at the tram stop. I was also caught out by the German practice of giving all the streets in the area the same name."
