"I felt that the nightly price for a room was VERY expensive when one considered the facilities and the state of the rooms. I visit London on a regular basis and stay in a tourist class hotel in the city which is much cheaper by far and has cleaner and newer facilities. For instance, the chairs at the Alpha Louise were worn and the carpet was stained, the shower head did not stay in a set position but rather fell down constantly, and there was no internet access in the rooms."

"When I arrived they informed me that there was no room for men due to overbookings ???
I had to go to another hotel - the Sirù hotel - which had not the same standard.
Also the man on the counter, didn't speach a word of dutch.
I stayed atb the hotel end of last year and than the stay was perfect."
