"The room was far too hot because we thought that the thermostat on the wall applied to the air conditioning, as we checked out the receptionist told us that it was a general thermostat and if we could have reached it, which I doubt, we could have altered it. We had to sleep with the window open and the temperature still reached 29 deg C."
