"We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites in Vancouver. We were surprised that it was just a few steps away from the river. A short but nice walkway made for a pleasant stroll. Although technically in Washington state, it is a very short drive into Portland. The facilities are well maintained. We traveled with our 15 month old son and having a kitchen area was very helpful. The free continental breakfast was well serviced. The price was also quite a bit less than comparable facilities in downtown Portland. I would highly recommend this facility."

"Probably the best hotel I've stayed at ever. Absoluately loved the hotel and the services it offered. It caters to everything you could possibly want. Most of the staff was friendly as well, although we did have one person at the front desk who was very snotty. Aside from that I loved it... could have stayed for a month!"
