"Needs some remodel work. Tiles on shower were falling off, holes in linens, carpet outdated, bathroom fixtures from the 1970's. Bathroom size for suite is unacceptable, rest of room was spacious.Clean and organized."

"The water needed to be run for about five minutes before it would clear up in color. I would assume the pipes needed to be replaced. Location was very good as we were visiting our Grandson, Skyler at Children's Hospital."
