"There was no cleaning service available from friday thru sunday, so if you needed towels or to take the trash out, you had to do it yourself. I don't feel that doing these jobs yourself when staying, supposedly at a fine resort hotel, is the proper way to treat guest. I feel that those days are the busiest and most important days and therefor cleaning services should be available to the quest. Also we were told that this resort was a beachfront resort, and that we would be able to walk right out our door onto the beach, but it wasn't. This was a very disappointing stay at the Atrium Resort altogether."
