"I usually don't notice mattress quality, but this one was so bad and saggy and creaky that I couldn't help but be uncomfortable. I had a sore back/neck the whole time I stayed there. When we arrived, the clerk said she didn't have our reservation, but fortunately they had rooms available, so they let us check-in. The "continental breakfast" is glazed donuts and OJ/coffee. It is conveniently located on the trolley route. However, there are other hotels that are closer in on the trolly route. The staff were friendly, and it was clean."
