"The hotel staff was short when I requested an early check in at around 12:00 noon. They had (1) room ready but it was in side the court yard on the second floor, probably the hardest and most confusing to find on the property. I drove around and looked for the room for over 30 min. and had to go back to the hotel staff and request another room that I could more easily find and settle into. I was very frustrated and mad that they couldn't help me get into a room that was more customer friendly. After all the Hotel was completely empty at the time. As an AARP member I'm asking for a refund for both days, (7-22), (7-23)."
