"I stayed at this hotel in Nov. and had a good stay. This time our room smelled of sweat. Can't explain it but it smelled like a foot locker. And it was very noisey. Couldn't sleep all night due to people running up and down the halls all night long. Other then that it suited our needs. Just there to sleep and didn't really get to sleep until around 3."

"My reservation was lost, so i ended up paying for only one night. I never truly started or completed my stay. Customer Service was okay for what it was worth, but no one could truly help me with my problem. I will no longer be using this online reservation service in the furtue. I was thoroughly disappointed, especially when i called to state my problem and could not get an answer for the technical staff of the online reservation company HotelsTravel.com, and was told to call back at a later time."

"Although there was a full kitchen with dishes, glasses, coffee pot, refrigerator, sink, stove and microwave, there were no cooking pots or pans, no dishrag (although there was a dishtowel), no filters for the coffee pot, and no can opener. We were supposed to be there for two nights / three days - (Wednesday and Thursday nights) but we got there when Rita was coming and left on Thursday evening because of the evacuation. I was very pleased with Hearthside in Colorado Springs, CO (where we stayed last year), but not at all pleased this time."
