"I requested a non-smoking room and not only did I get a smoking room, but the smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling. When I spoke to the desk clerk he said there was nothing he could do because there were no other rooms and I would need to talk to the manager the next day. When I spoke to the manager he said, "It wasn't a problem because I was safe and nothing happened." What kind of customer service is that?"
