"I will never make a reservation to stay in a Homestead Suites Hotel again. I also will never stay in a Homestead Suites Hotel. I arrived at the hotel during the evening of October 2 with my confirmed reservation for that date and the confirmation number. When I made the reservation, I was informed that my room was guarunteed for late arrival. The man behind the desk at the Homestead Suites told me that they were sold out and could not accommodate me. He sent me to another hotel, Extended Stay America, nearby, an inferior hotel. I was severely inconvenienced and upset. Homestead Suites did not honor my confirmed reservation, which was guarunteed for late arrival. I AM IRATE! Dr. Samuel J. Barish"
