"WHEN WE MADE OUR RESERVATIONS THEY DID NOT TELL US THAT THE PLACE WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. I BELIVE IT IS TO OPEN BEG OF NOV 04...IT HAS AN INDOOR WATERPARK. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO RESTAURANTS OPEN BUT 1 THAT HAD BUFFETT BREAKFAST, NO ROOM SERVICE AND NO OTHER ACTIVITIES OR STORES, ETC BECAUSE THEY WERE LITERALY PUTTING DOWN CARPET AND PUTTING UP WALLPAPER!!! IF I WOULD OF KNOWN IN ADVANCE I PROBABLY WOULD OF JUST STAYED AT THE COMFORT INN OR BEST WESTERN DOWN THE STREET!!"

"Very disappointed in hotel. Was not worth the money. Did not get any sleep because fire alarms were going off the whole weekend at night. Staff didn't even know what was going on and people were running out.I will call customer service to complain because we had so many more problems. I will not pay that much money for a hotel that was not up to my expectations. It wasn't even an okay time, it was terrible! We plan a family gathering every year with atleast 30 people and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any of my family, friends, or anyone I ever meet. Staff was very rude, and not helpful at all. You'll be hearing from me. We also reserved a smoking room and didn't receive one. We had to stand out in the cold to smoke. This was the worst experience at a hotel ever."
