BOB was a life saver there!
"I reserved 1 room with 2 beds for four adults, I got 1 room with 1 bed, no extra cots, blankets, room was registered for 2 days. Also told front desk i wanted NO HOUSE KEEPING in our room, came back House Keeping in our room. Elevator was falling apart. Was no complimentary Coffee ready in the mornings."
