"I think this hotel has a lot of potential. The room size is great and so is the location. The following items need work: 1) Cleanliness. The hotel was marginally clean. Bathroom tub could have been cleaned better. Bed sheets had stains. 2) Equipment. Room service didn't seem to have a telephone that identified the room number. My breakfast was 45 minutes late because the waiter forgot to ask my room number. I thought I was in the dark ages! 3) The hotel did not have a valet or bellman. Seemed quite odd for a large hotel in the center of town. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my stay."
