"I felt that the staff at the hotel where very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. I do feel that I should have been informed that the hotel was under renovation. It would not have made a difference but it would have been nice. I found the rooms very clean and neat and the bedding very comfortable. Thank you for making my stay a nice one.I will use your hotel again when I am in the area."

"Rude little manager. Churlish, contrary and pretty impressed with himself. Parking a problem. Told three female customers that if we wanted extra consideration, we should have called him direct rather than making reservations through internet or our travel agent. Wouldn't stay there again on a bet. Will find something off site. Pretty convenced they don't have to be nice cause they are on the airport grounds. Other three women cancelled their reservations and left. I had early flight out ...so, I was stuck. I will make sure to tell fellow faculty members about this experience. Wish you could 'clean' place up... re: thier treatment of customers. Prof. Janet McClellan SUNY Canton"
