"Cleanliness was an issue. Patio door was broken and we were unable to close it properly. Room was in desperate need of renovation. Present decore was from the 70s and much of it has not been cleaned since then. Bedspreads had large cigarette burns in them and the sheets had holes. re: Service Fees: $5.57 PER NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE PER ROOM RESERVED CHARGED AT TIME OF BOOKING. NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY DOLLARS. ***THIS SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED BY TRAVEL RESERVATIONS CENTER*** IF THIS IS A FREE HOTEL SEARCH, WHY IS THIS FEE CONSUMED BY THE CONSUMER?"
