"Until they close the bar ajacent to the hotel, no one should stay here. The music from the bar kept us up all night and the hotel did nothing to accomodate us."

"There is a bar right next to this hotel that blasted music that shook our windows until 2am. It was impossible to sleep. The hotel staff tried to solve the problem but ultimately was not sympathetic to the situation. We were not given another room in a quieter location within the hotel (even though rooms seemed to be available) - we were not given a discount for not being able to sleep all night. The air conditioner on the room above ours hummed and shook the wall next to our bed all night, so even when the band finished playing it was impossible to sleep peacefully."
