"this was a second honeymoon trip and this was the perfect place quite great location clean and safe inside and out of the hotel. seconds from any need or want at this place. staff was so great and beds very comfortable. we stay here agin for any reason"

"The Comfort Inn of Jackson 55 North is a good hotel. It is where I always stay while in Jackson. My one complaint on this stay is the toilet was not clean. This was my first and only problem with my stay at the Comfort of North Jackson."

"The people at the front desk were unfriendly and completely incompetent. I checked in and once I got to my room someone tried to get in thinking it was their room b/c they were assigned the same room as me. The next morning when I went to check out they said it appeared in the system that I was a no show. They could only print me a folio showing "no show" with the charges. I asked to get a fax showing that I had in fact showed up which I never received. I was visiting on company business and now cannot be reimbursed b/c I have no receipt and what I do have says no show so it appears that I never was there. When I call the hotel to get help I get a message saying everyone is busy and I hold for five minutes before getting disconnected. I am very dissatisfied and out $80 because of the incompetency of the staff and how poorly this hotel is being run."
