"The night of my stay was a little shaky. Upon entering the hotel room we noticed a few things that were needed such as more towels blankets, and pillows. We requested these thing at a reasonable time but the items were not received in a reasonable time. We went to bed with an undesireable number of pillows and blankets. It was not until approximately 3am that we received what was needed only after making more than one call to the front service desk. At this time of the moring not only were we awakened but also young children that were in the room which was definitely an inconvenience. For the most part the service was not prompt enough. Along with the previously noted inconvenience there was a language barrier between the customers and the housekeeping staff of the hotel. When other things were needed such as asking questions about breakfast, times that certain events were to take palce or any other type of service we were not understood. All of most of the aiding staff could not speak English. We felt as though all of our concerns were not understood and went unnoticed."
