A Wonderful Place to Stay
"My mother had a difficult time maneuvering her walker in the bathroom. She could not close the door. The bathroom was not handicapped accessible. I notified the front desk of the problem and within a half hour maintenance came and took the door down, so she could move freely with her walker. On the second day of our stay, the air conditioner was not working properly. I immediately called down to the front desk to report the problem. Within minutes, a technician arrived to fix the air conditioner."
