"When reservations were made, I made it very clear that I was traveling with a pet. When we checked into the hotel, we were told we owe an additional $50.00 for pet fees-for one night! This was not addressed in the reservation process and the fee is far more than other hotels charge. The $50 one night charge for the pet exceeded the per person rate for one night. Tell me that isn't a rip off. At check out the next morning, the clerk told us that we should have been informed at the time of the reservation. We would not have booked this hotel had we known this and I doubt few other people would either. This is an unethical way to do business and I will be sure to inform family, friends, and anyone else to not do business with this hotel."
