"Very clean room but needed more towels"

"i stayed at this same hotel once in march for a conference, than again this past weekend...my first weekend here in march was excellent, the room was clean, the shower was clean, the airfreshner wasn't overpowering, the microwave plugged into the wall.... my second stay, was good, but the bathroom needed a little more attention to the mold forming...or the walls, the shower curtain....the microwave the plug was to small i had to lower the microwave to a smaller table move the refrigerator to plug in the short plug.... the airfreshner was to overpowering....i had to leave the door open for a few minutes each time i returned due the aroma.... but otherwise, i was really impressed...i could not comment on the amenities, as the pool was being reconstructed, and fitness room wasn't exactly my kind "opened" to the public...."

"Nothing special but I didn't expect it. This was a one night room after an LSU football game. I didn't want to travel back to New Orleans after the game. The staff was nice and the room was clean. My only two complaints were as follows; When I tried to check in at 12:00 pm I was told that I could not, even though I told the employee that I would not enter the room at this time but would not get back from the game until 11:00 pm and did not want to risk the chance of not having a room when I got back. However, I was told that since I reserved the room with a credit card, the room would be available when I returned, which was the case in the end. The other complaint was a noisy A/C which I did not complain about since we returned so late and were tired. All in all, not a bad experience and will look to book this hotel again in the future."
