"Customer Service was very poor. I have stayed in hotels across the country and this has to be one of the worst with customer service. I understand it is a busy place, but if I'm spending my money, I would appreciate if my business would be taken care of courteously and promptly. Myself, as well as other customers, would appreciate it when someone comes into their room for housekeeping or whoever to leave a note or card stating it was them in the room, especially if this is after housekeeping has completed their duties earlier in the day. Otherwise, how are customers to know?"
