"Staff were friendly and helpful. It was appreciated that there was a juice bar and coffee available at all times. Downside: We stayed two nights and our room was missed for clean up while we were out all day on the second day. The front desk staff was very understandinga and professional and had our room cleaned immediately, which was appreciated, as we were pretty tired from a busy day."

"Bed was so soft my husband had to sllep on the floor. No offer was made for a room change. Aldso, the room they put us in was right across from the employee lounge and it was veryloud all night. Thanks for asking."
