"The only complaint I had was that, although we requested and received a "non-smoking" room, it was apparent that people had been smoking in there. My son, who has asthma, was uncomfortable and we disliked the smell. The clerk said this sometimes happens when they are overbooked and the room is taken by smokers. I'm sure they would have sprayed the room, but by this time it was too late (I didn't tell them of the problem until the next morning.)"
