"THE FIRST NIGHT WE GOT THERE THE KEYS WE WERE GIVEN DID NOT WORK AND WAS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE WE WERE VERY TIRED AND JUST WANTED TO GET RESTED AND ALSO THE MAIDS TOOK OUR NICE WHITE TOWEL PROBABLY BY MISTAKE AND THEN THEY COULD NOT FIND IT AND ALSO THE HOT WATER FOR THE SHOWERS WERE NOT VERY HOT . I HATE TO COMPLAIN BUT I,M AFRAID WE DID NOT GET OUR MONEYS WORTH OUT OF YOUR HOTEL.ALSO THE PUT UP BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR MY CHILDREN WHO GOT HARDLY ANY SLEEP.ALL IN ALL WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR STAY."

"Hello, While very convienent to our destination, Busch Gardens, the hotel appears to be undergoing a very extensive renovation, though it was hard to actually tell what work was being done. While there were many workers about painting and drilling, it seemed that the things which really needed help, such as the very old rusty bathtubs (can't say I've every stayed at a place where rust was actually forming on the tub) and broken drawers are receiving very little attention (we stayed in room 6202). Hopefully the rooms at the hotel will get more attention than the cosmetic painting we saw going on. Hope that helps. Alden from Connecticut"
