"They have no maid service unless you arrange for a and I arranged Ford and they never showed up. There are no other additional amenities they have no ice machine snow vending machines open to the public know none of these types of amenities. But the room came equipped with a full kitchen which made it easy for us to get her on the ice store in freezer etc."

"If all you're looking for is a cheap room than this is your place, because thats all you get. The employees make it very plain that you are just an annoyance. You will not receive a smile from anyone working there. What you will receive is rude service, VERY thin walls, floors and ceilings. The carpet, including the hallways, is stained and looks filthy. I would pay double the price to stay at the Bates Motel before staying at the Crestwood Suites! HORRIBLE!!!"
