"Family is the area advised us NOT to stay at this hotel as it appeared to be sketchy with direct access from rooms to parking and so many people hanging out in the parking lot. Room 257 Sheets were paper thin. Bath towels were very thin/worn. Bed was extremely hard. Carpet had some something sticky on it by bathroom sink, so we had to put a towel over it to access sink. Could not access our room evening of June 27. Safety lock had been set. Maintenance used a suction cup and rubberband to undo. ?! That was a bit unnerving that someone to open our room and set the lock and it could be undone so easily! Do not disturb sign was turned or stolen every morning ... kids ?! :_)Manager REFUSED authorize one day's credit when cleaning people accessed room after being asked not to enter."
