Staff lied to us
"We booked two adjacent rooms and were guaranteed them on arrival. We arrived first and the adjacent room was guaranteed for my children on arrival. When they arrived the adjacent room had been given away but the dest clerk said it could not be occupied because of a technical malfunction. How ridiculous! We could hear the guests next door. If you give our room away, just tell us - don't LIE to us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my dog! She is used to better service."

"We were so disgusted by the hotel and ammenities that we did not stay in the hotel. We were only in our room long enough to make a reservation elsewhere and go to the lobby for a full refund. The reason we found that the employees were good was because they gave us our refund without any dispute, however we were definitely put out given the fact that we were in Florida making calls for a hotel from the hotel we had planned to stay in. There was mold on the ceiling, the paint was chipping off the walls, the room smelled and the carpet was filthy where we did not want to even take our shoes off."

"I have stayed three years in a row at this location each year the condition is going down. Good location, excellent staff and very helpful, but in bad need of a facelift. I probably will not stay there next year unless I hear of major remodeling and clean up."
