"I booked this over the internet and the accommodations said there was a shuttle to the airport. The people at the hotel knew nothing about it and when we tried to call the shuttle, no one answered. It cost us $55.00 for cab fare each way which we had not planned on. We had a toilet that would not shut off. We told the people at the hotel and they said they would have maintenance fix it, but it was never fixed. I am an AARP member, but they said they could not give the 10% discount because it was a holiday weekend. I stayed at this hotel in February when I moved my daughter to Neptune Beach and paid $59.00 per night and received better service than I did for paying $99.00 per night on this stay."
