"I must say that this hotel and the room in which we stayed was so low on the acceptibility scale that is frustrating to even write about it. For starters, I waited twenty minutes simply to get a room entrance card, since my hotel was already prepaid; the room did not have a remote for the tv; they ignored our first request to send one to the room and then after the second request, they said that it would be another twenty minutes; the room had an incredible musty odor which emanated from the room air conditioner;the air conditioner was so noisy that it basically kept you awake all night. the vanity had a permanent ,ugly stain of red; the plumbing fixtures were older than twenty years; the smell of chlorine as you entered the lobby was enough to make you leave the lobby. This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever and I have stayed in well over 2000 hotels in my business career"
