"We were initially given a room that was assigned for contract beds (online booking). There was not enough room at the foot of the bed for a 175 lb man to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom without turning sideways. They advertised continental breakfast which turned out to be instant coffee or tea, tang breakfast drink, and no food. They booked us on a shuttle to the airport on our last day. Shuttle showed up and said it was for the wrong airport! It cost us $60.00 to get to the airport and we were pushing it with the time. They also charged 50 cents per call for local calls."

"Can only praise the staff. From the moment we parked the car (and they suggested that we get a bus/cable car pass to avoid parking issues in San Francisco) to our early morning departure three days later, they were friendly, answered our questions, provided insight into the city, etc. Only heads up we would offer to other travelers is that the hotel faces a very busy street and the traffic noise was fairly loud all day/night. For those accustomed to this, it probably wouldn't be a problem. For those from quiet neighborhoods, it may keep them awake at night!"
