"Our room had no smoke detector, bare wires hanging from ceiling. Carpets were stained and filthy. Very limited parking, very little lighting. TV service was terrible. Got locked out of our room with all our luggage still inside, including truck keys,etc. Crappy place, will never use them again!"

"The sheets on our bed had holes. The carpet had holes. The towels/washcloths smelled like cigarette smoke. When the reservations made on the internet, it showed hair dryer in room, iron/ironing board, handicap accessible this was not in room."
