"Recently attended the ICC Confernece. Our meeting room was extremely cold. We were let out early because everyone was freezing. We asked many times during the day to please have the heat turned on but even the next day it was still cold. Also at the luncheon the waiters and waitresses did a great job except one young lady. I don't know her name but she was a short blonde spanish young lady that had the right side of the room coming out from the kitchen on Monday and she was rude. In fact a couple of our people in my class also had her and stated how rude she was. She would take things off our table before we were even done with them and if someone asked for something she would respond negatively. She never offered more ice tea or water for those who needed it. Either than those 2 things it was a pleasant stay. "
