"Very frustraiting customer service at the reseption my first day.! I confurmed my reservation with the hotel 10 hours prior my arriving but when I finally had arrived, I was told that they don't have the room for me and I have to go to another hotel. I object and didn't agree and proof that I have personally called and reserved the room as well as the agency and after that they gave me the room, which was not even close to the picture they advertise. Than they upgrade the room for the higher floor and a better furniture, after by accident they bang my credit card, and I saw 2 more rooms on my floor were available! Reception where lying to me that they have no rooms due to strike!"
