"Hi, Tried to make reservations through you rather than an agency but couldn't find a phone or website through standard methods. Breakfast (at 22 GBP for two) was not up to the quality of the rest of the hotel: ran out of items, cold items, disorganized service. We ended up going to Garfunkel's for a better and much cheaper breakfast. Rooms were great and for vacationing, the location was superb. Shopping and restaurants were better elsewhere. Thanks, Eloise"

"We set a wake up call for 5:15am to catch a flight back to the States at 9am. And they NEVER called... good thing I did not sleep well on their horribly hard bed or we would have missed our flight. They stuck is way in the back of the hotel (in the old section) and the rooms were so small it was ridiculous. Definitely not work $200 a night..."

"We stayed at the Thistle Victoria several times now - always booked directly until this time. So, we know a variety of rooms. This time I was a bit disappointed because we got a small room with kind of crooked walls looking onto Victoria Station which was OK for only 1 night."
