"I do have comments, I was not impressed firstly when I arrived that the receptionist told me the room has been changed for a DD, they called an upgrade from the executive Deluxe double. The DD which I had to except was the smallest hotel I have stayed in for the price. I was also charged another 17.5 percentage as VAT, which was not shown on the website when booking. This I find was misleading and I have the right mind to go to the advice bureu, as it was misleading to book as the TOTAL PRICE TO PAY :£138, then it went upto £162 when booking in. There was no fridge or drinks on offer in the room at the price paid, you would expect this level of ammneties. Truely I feel that I had a bad weekend and it was an 1 year annivesary for me and my wife. She was not impressed either."
