"Basically, everything was extremely nice here. The staff are wonderful and friendly and they are not uptight or stuffy which you often get in a hotel this nice. I adored the concierge as she was lovely but they don't have connections you would come to expect from a hotel this pricey. I was thinking that had we stayed at the Marriott, they might have been better with tickets but then again, they aren't very well located. This hotel is right in the absolute middle of everything."
