DISAPPOINTING THIS TIME
"WE WERE AWOKEN ON EACH OF THE TWO DAYS JUST AFTER 7.00 IN THE MORNING BY THE BANGING EMANATING FROM THE BUIDING WORKS OPPOSITE. I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AT LEAST THREE TIMES BEFORE BEFORE AND ENJOYED IT, BUT THIS TIME IT WAS DISTINCTLY NOISY. I THINK THAT IT WAS WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONAL OF MERCURE NOT TO HAVE ADVISED ME ABOUT THESE NOISY WORKS WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM. SO LONG AS THE WORKS ARE FINISHED BY THE TIME I NEXT WISH TO TRAVEL TO MUNICH, I SHALL MOST LIKELY CHOOSE YOUR HOTEL AGAIN, BUT NOT DEFINITELY. THIS TIME IT WAS DISAPPOINTING.THANK YOU."
