"The price was far out of line compared with the many other accommodations sampled by us in Germany. And on top of that, breakfast was not included; they wanted you to spend 14 euros apiece on their breakfast! (You can pick up something at or near the nearby train station at a third of the cost.) Still, it was a great location both for the old town sites and the Octoberfest, and hotels in the States would probably jack up prices even more during an event like that."
