"The "customer service"' was very poor and inconsistant.We stayed in the Royal Towers which is suppose to be the best area of the Atlantis,but they are expanding into a "third phase" of the hotel which is right up against the Royal Towers!It was very loud and dirty/dusty, won't be done till next year!! The beach is not private you have people constantly asking you to purchase water sports and to t-shirts. It is loud, crowded and smells of fumes. They also "nickle & dime" people, for a min. of $500.00 a night I do not think a couple of bottles of water in the room is too much when you first arrive! A vacation/holiday resort should not have the "feeling of"....well I guess the place is growing on me!On a scale of 1-10 a "weak" 5!"
