"The Concierge, Spa and Executive Level staff were excellent. I have only one complaint and that is with the tour that I took to the Floating Gardens. While it may not be a Sheraton tour system (name is Tour at Sheraton), I used it because it appeared to be endorsed by the hotel. They took me to a coconut sugar plant before getting to the gardens which meant that most of the action was over. Then, to go on the water at the gardens, you had to pay for another boat to take you; no mention had been made of this. Coming back we stopped at a snake farm where we also were required to pay an entrance fee that had not been discussed. Finally, we stopped at a teak carving place. I was extremely upset that these three extra trips had not been mentioned when I bought the ticket. I am also afraid that they charged me 880Bh which is for two people when I was alone. This was the only negative thing that happened to me at the hotel."
