The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with compliments going to the hotel's staff, value and location.
Many reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as helpful, efficient and accommodating. One lodger remarked that the front desk staff were ready, willing and able to give good directions.
The hotel's value was praised by several guests, who described the room rates as cheap and low and felt that the hotel was an excellent budget option. A few guests were disappointed they had to pay extra for Wi-Fi, however.
Several lodgers were satisfied with the hotel's location, describing it as close to restaurants, Aljunied MRT Station, shopping, a convenience store, the airport, downtown and nightlife. One guest stated the hotel was, "located at a convenient walking distance to trains with connections downtown and to the airport".
