Many guests were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds, beautiful sea views, fast Wi-Fi and good air conditioning.
Numerous reviewers enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it close to the beach, restaurants, Fanateer Mall, a supermarket and SABIC Corporation. One patron stated, "There are several shops close by which include a diving equipment store & there is a mall within walking distance. There are several fast food outlets along the corniche too so in general there is a good choice of things to do compared with other areas".
Several lodgers praised the hotel's food, describing it as great and fantastic, with good service. One patron noted, "The restaurant for lunch is buffet. The theme changes daily and the quantity and quality of the food is brilliant. Service was really good too". A few guests did find the prices to be expensive, however.
