The hotel's location was the source of many compliments by reviewers. They found it close to Robinson's Mall, restaurants, public transit, the waterfront, grocery stores, attractions and shopping.
Numerous guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped and well maintained, with great views of Manila Bay. It should be noted, however, that some lodgers had complaints about their rooms (see below).
