Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location, finding it to be close to public transit, Chinatown, the city centre, flea markets, restaurants and malls. One guest noted, "Centrally located in Chinatown and 2 minute walk to Puduraya bus station. Plenty of local food places are near. Perfect hotel to visit Kuala Lumpur tourist attractions".
