The GoodThe majority of reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, staff and rooms.
Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's location, and found it to be close to Lotte Department Store, Town Hall, Gyeongbok-gung Palace, public transit, restaurants and shopping. One reviewer remarked, "The location was wonderful. We walked practically everywhere in Seoul from the hotel".
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. One guest noted, "the staff are well trained, take initiative, [are] proactive and provide really attentive and friendly services". It should be noted, however, that a few reviewers felt the staff could have spoken better English.
Several lodgers praised the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated, with great city views. A few guests were disappointed with aspects of their rooms, however (see below).
