"The elevator doors at the Grand Palace Hotel close too hard; getting caught between the doors when entering the elevators is painful. The doors need to be adjusted so that they do not close when somebody is still between the doors when entering or exiting the elevator. The front desk ladies--Ai and Maya--were extremely helpful in showing us how to get around Tokyo on the subway."

"Mr. Said Sato, Guest Relations Manager, went out of his way to be helpful. He solved a number of minor problems and recovered a cell phone accidently dropped in a taxi cab! All employees were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the Grand Palace Hotel for twenty years and it never fails to please me The choice of restaurants in the hotel is perfect; Japanese(2), French and the general restaruant offer guests a wide selection of foods."
