The Bad
Guest reviews sourced were often critical of the hotel's rooms, staff, value and location. As noted above, there were also several positive comments about these aspects of the hotel.
While some reviewers were satisfied with their clean and comfortable rooms, some guests had complaints. They reported small-sized rooms, a broken TV, noisy in-room air-conditioning units and noise from airplanes.
Although some guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received, some lodgers were not, finding the staff to be rude, aggressive and unhelpful. One reviewer noted, "I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The main reason was the reception staff were not helpful in anyway. Customer service is something that does not exist in this hotel. This was one of 5 hotels that we stayed in on this trip to India and this was the worst by far".
Some patrons complained about the hotel's rates. They reported the fees given on the hotel's website were not updated, and mentioned being charged a very expensive rate, which was not consistent from day to day.
While some guests enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the airport and shopping, some reviewers were disappointed with the location. They found it to be too far from the city centre, and described it as being in a rundown residential area. One lodger remarked, "It is not in an area where you will want to get out and walk around".
