"1. The idea of having all 3 restaurants in the lobby and open view is not one which I like. When one is dinining one should be able yto do so in privacy rather than in com plete view of everyone. You should move the main restaurant and the bar away from the lobby ort open separate ones.
2. Food was very good but it seems to be difficult to get really mild (not hot) food. I am sure that the cook/chef tried but typically it was too hot for my European friends. It is important that the cook/chef understand that mild means diifferent things to Indians and Europeans.
3. There are terraces both in the front and back of the hotel. This area should be put to better use than just being left as is. I would suggest a handful of tables with umbrellas on both side would make for ver attractive place to have a snack/drink/coffee.
4. as you are so close to the Taj Mahal. I would say that you should do regular early morning (sun rise) guided tours. You can make some sort of a crietrion (like minimum mo. of people) but it would be handy that anyone who checks in can just put their name down and early morning visit the Taj without having to arrange it themselves.
5. The serving portion of yopur Espresso is TOO big. You should get some Espresso cups and serve 1/4th of what you serve now.
6. The bar stock needs to be a bit better. You were woefully short of liquers.
7. Overall we had a very good time and will certainly use your hotel when and if we visit Agra again."
